Westchester County Police officers were dispatched to West Hyatt Avenue shortly after 2:30 p.m. on Monday, April 23, where there was a report of an allegedly intoxicated man who was urinating in public near the school in Mount Kisco.
The man - eventually identified as Grove Street resident Mario Lopez-Gregorio, 48 - was tracked down near Lexington Avenue, and when approached by officers, became “verbally abusive and combative,” police said, before he was eventually taken into custody.
Lopez-Gregorio was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, a violation. Following processing, he was released on his own recognizance and is due back in Mount Kisco Justice Court next month to answer the charge.
